I am often asked, “What causes memory loss, allergies, insomnia, high blood pressure, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, arthritis, chronic pain or some other health trouble?” Doesn’t it make sense that it could be something that all these have in common?
The human body is a self-regulating system. It has internal programming to repair itself. It has a very complex communication system that makes the fastest man-made computer processor look like an old dinosaur. All of the body parts have to talk to each other to stay healthy.
A breakdown in communication within the body is the primary reason people don’t feel well. One could contract a terrible disease, but why would it kill one person and not another? Yes, you could have a hereditary disease, but the damaging effects could be diminished with better internal communication.
Imagine a Christmas tree with many strands of lights. When one bulb burns out the entire strand stops working. When you figure which bulb is bad and replace it – all of the other lights come on, too. This can happen to the body. The nervous system is like a highway system that has multiple levels that connect to each other. This system has many bridges that link the brain with the organs and glands so you can digest your food so it turns into energy.
This communication system allows you to breathe in air and insert oxygen in your blood to feed your cells automatically. It beats your heart, and makes your muscles move whenever you decide to move them. This system also helps you to problem-solve, remember things and take action.
Finding the burned out light bulb in the Christmas tree light strand takes some real detective work. It also takes good detective work to find where the breakdown in communication is in the body when it is “broken”. Since the human body is electric, it can be tested with a simple electrical response of its muscles. I utilize this dependable response in my Body Detective work. I look for the broken signals that are responsible for any symptom a person may have.
Any organ that breaks down and earns the title of “diseased” got that way because of a breakdown in communication in the “normal” signaling. Allergies result when the body stops recognizing a substance as a friend and starts seeing it as an enemy. Sleep is a cycle that requires a proper sequence; when this sequence is broken or out of order you get insomnia.
The really good news is that the human body’s communication systems can be rebooted just like a computer can. When the proper communication is re-established, a person can sleep again. They can eat previously allergy causing foods and have no reaction. Their immune system can stop attacking the body and start to heal.
